At Lumorio, we want you to feel confident with every purchase and be fully satisfied with your order.

Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all tags and original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Hygiene or personal items (e.g. earrings, swimwear)

(Important: Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are generally still eligible for return under EU consumer law.)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lumorio.com, including clear photos of the product. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
